Master and Visa cards are accepted. Please fax or e-mail us written consent to do so, should you wish to place a postal order.
If you do not have a credit card or do not prefer to use one, send us an order form by e-mail or fax.
Bank transfers or deposits are welcome. Please use invoice number as reference when making payment. Goods will be released or sent as soon as payment reflects on the bank statement.

Shipping Policy and Typical Shipping Time in South Africa
Our policy is to give the fastest possible service. Normally orders received before noon will be shipped by noon the next day, after payment clearance has been received. Special arrow or string orders might delay shipping slightly. We will either ship with Speed Services via the Post Office or Courier of your choice. The parcel will have to be collected at the post office unless arrangements have been made for door-to-door delivery. Items that are not claimed by the buyer from the Post Office will be returned to us and postage for re-shipment will be the liability of the buyer. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer.All parcels will be insured (cost of 1.5%-2% of value) and is for the cost of the buyer. The buyer should not accept damaged parcels until the transportation company agent has noted the damage on the waybill. Please DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED GOODS TO US. Magnum Archery cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods via Post office or Courier Company. As mentioned before, we will automatically insure the shipment to reduce the financial risk of damage or loss of the shipment. If however you prefer to accept the risk of damage or loss of the parcel during shipment, you can exercise the option not to insure by letting us know in writing. In the case of the loss of the shipment you will however be liable to pay Magnum Archery for the shipment not received since it was sent as per your instruction. Magnum Archeries responsibilities end once the parcel has been sent or collected by the courier company. No shipping will be done if account is overdue or previous invoice is not paid in full.
In the case of Speed Services the typical order will be delivered the next day or two if payment has been received before 10:00 the previous day and if credit card approval is obtained from the bank and no arrows needs to be fletched or any special work needs to be done for you.
The Post Office parcel post usually takes 5 to 7 days for delivery in South Africa You will be informed on the day of shipment and receive the tracking number of you parcel.
International Shipping
We are not undertaking international sales at this stage due to quotes required for international shipping cost. Customers are welcome to fax us their orders for quotes that will include the correct shipping cost.
Defective Merchandise and warranty items.
Defective or warranty merchandise is repaired or replace by the manufacturer. Merchandise must be returned directly to the respective manufacturer except for bows that will be handled by us. We will supply you with the address and phone number, and any assistance you may need.

Once this has been received, then the necessary steps can be taken to obtain a warranty. You will be informed about the progress, and the warranty can only be done once ALL information has been received.
Magnum Archery will not do any warranty claims without proof of purchase or invoice. Any shipping costs and clearing fees to get the warranty fixed will be that of the customer.

A R10 handling charge will be levied on any orders less than R70
Insurance
All shipments is to be insured and as follows:
Speed Services insurance cost at 1.5% of value of shipment
Post Office insurance cost at 2% of shipment value with a limit of R5000.
Magnum Archery can not be held responsible of any goods that are damaged in the post by the post office or courier.
Back Order Policy
You will receive notification of stock-outs via email. Please respond with your request for either a back order or a cancellation.
Return of Merchandise
Magnum Archery has a policy of customer satisfaction and will accept returns up to 30 days of the date of our invoice. A full refund will be done. Returned items must however be in its original condition and packaging. A copy of the original invoice is to accompany the merchandise. No returns may be made without an authorization number that will be emailed to you. Any returns made after 30 days, but within 90 days, will have a 50% restocking fee charged and will only be accepted if the goods are in its original packaging and condition. If there are any signs of the product that has been used, no refund will be given. Returns over 90 days, no refund will be given.
About the Company and its people.
Magnum Archery has started back in 1991. A small business that was run from home has become a dominant force in the archery industry in Africa. Magnum Archery is currently the biggest archery supplier in South-Africa. In 2005 we have opened Archery Warehouse, an affiliate company of us. Archery warehouse is still serving archers from all over with world class product. Dale Yeager is the shop manager at Archery Warehouse and is an experienced archer packed with knowledge that is hard to find. He has more than 30 years of archery experience and has numerous national and international titles behind his name.
In 2007, a new venture was born in Pretoria. Just outside Pretoria on a scenic 15 minutes drive, you will find Magnum Archery Academy. On a farm with beautiful landscapes, it offers archers ranges to practice and compete on. A well stocked shop offers all archers to escape from the city and to come for a fun filled day on the shooting range and to get all the bits and pieces fixed and ready for the next hunt.

Seppie Cilliers
The current 2010 National Champion, 2 time world gold medalist and has had more than 18 National records, from which 8 are current. He is the only person in Africa who has shot a perfect IFAA indoor score of 300/300 with 60/60x's. He has a perfect FITA 30m round of 360/360 and also boasts in being the only person on the African continent to have shot a perfect 30m double record of 720/720. In 2009 he has broken the 30m FITA World Record and has set the bar at 360/360 with 33/36 x's. He has become part of the 1400 club by shooting a 1407 in Durban in 2009. Only 18 people in the world has ever shot higher than that score. He broke the Hunter National Record in March 2010 by shooting a 556/560, with fellow Magnum Archery shooter Koos De Wet, who holds the same record by shooting the same score on the same day. Seppie is the technical editor for the Archers Insight magazine, and has an extensive knowledge on any archery inquiry you might have. Facilitating all Magnum Archery Academy courses, you are sure to learn something from him.
Seppie has successfully hunted a cape buffalo and Girrafe and has assisted many bow hunters in their preparations for big game hunts, like giraffe, elephant and rhino.
Cobus Cilliers
The only South-African archer to have had a FITA world record at 70m. Although a junior 70m world record, this in its own right is a major accomplishment. Also a 2 time world gold medalist, he has represented South-Africa at many major world events. An experienced compound and recurve archer, you are sure to get great advice from him.
Gawie Celliers
Gawie, also known as "Gawe Gawie" is truely a pleasant person to work with. He is available at the Sasolburg branch on 016 976 3394. He is working hard on his specie list in the hunting field, and has succesfully hunted kudu, Impala and Springbuck to name a few. He also enjoys shooting indoors and helping archers in need. An outdoor maniac. Whenever he has the opportunity, he goes hunting. Need any hunting advice, ask professional hunter, Nico Vos. Bow hunting for the last 19 years, Nico is sure to assist you with any query or bow, even if the bow is 17 years old. He has qualified for his ABO Provincial colours in 2009, and is sure to make his Nationals in 2010.

World Champion, National Champion, provincial champion, national colours, provincial colours, you say it, he's got it. He has numerous titles behind his name, but the most important is the more that 30 years experience that no one can buy. You can get it for free, just go and see Dale. Dale is loved and known by all. Leon Heydenrych
Former World, National and Provincial medalist. Current national record holder of the sanifaa indoor round. Leon has more than a decade experience. Bow setup and tuning profesional, make sure to give him a call when you are in trouble with any tuning problems. An avid bow hunter boasting more than 10 species. Jacques J. van Rensburg

Jacques started his archery competition career in 2008, only
when he decided Male Modeling wasn't for him.
He started making a mark in the ABO, (African Bowhunting
Organization), HCA division. In 2009 he took the plunge and enrolled in the MBO
- Male Bow hunter Open class. With a lot of practice he acquired his Provincial
and National Colours in 2009. He also ended 3rd for the year 2009. He is well
known in the 3D community and when Jacques is at a 3D competition, you'll get
use to seeing him on the medals podium. Jacques is always keen on helping clients with their archery
requirements.

Stephen has been in archery for more than a decade, and is better known than many in the industry. When he is not the "wicked warrior" in the hunting field after that big trophy,, he is assisting people to shoot better in the shop.
